(4)-DASAM GRANTH ……. In the Grip of the Brahamnical Octopus.

Veer Ranjit Singh 'shastarwallah' Jee, Thank you very much for your letter. In which, you have requested me to elaborate on the issues of "pothis of Bhai Mani Singh Jee" and "Dushat Daman."

Veer Jee, the so-called Dasam Granth is the story of a classic Victory of the very sophisticated cunning, & deceptive Brahamnical Octopus, over the helpless, naïve & stupid Sikh leadership.

The Victory story starts in the year 279 Nanak Shahi (1748 CE) with the binding together of approximately 71 pages of Banee of Guru Gobind Singh Jee with 2205 pages of the Octopus Junk.

The dominant part (97%) of this compilation, consists of Bachittar Nataks (Dramas of Mega-lies) of the Octopus demi-gods & goddesses, and the demeaning, pornographic insults to the womanhood. The Bachittar Nataks being the dominant part of this compilation, it was very rightfully & logically named the "Bachittar-Natak-Granth." At its very inception, presence of the Guru’s Banee surrounded by this pile of Octopus Junk raised lots of red flags in the minds of the concerned Sikhs. They immediately smelled a rat, and raised a hue & cry. However, being in the midst of a turmoil period of the Sikh history, and Octopus representatives being in control of the Sikh power centers, the very honest and fair minded Sikhs agreed to a speedy compromise with the very cunning & deceptive Octopus.

According to the agreement, Bhai Mani Singh Jee wrote the words "Sri Mukh Patshahi Daswin" on those compositions, which he identified as that of the Tenth Master. During the next turmoil period of 50 years, the Octopus rumor mill slowly & silently worked its way in through spread of concocted stories about Bachittar Natak’s legends, superstitions, and authorship. With this confusion in place, the next move of changing its name from "Bachittar Natak" to "Dasween Patshah da Granth" comes into play. Next, the process is repeated quite a few times in the next 200 years. First, very slowly the name is changed to "Dasam Granth", then to "Dasam Granth Sahib", followed by "Dasam-Sri Guru Granth Sahib."

Of course in its latest version the word "Dasam" on the title page becomes very small in print, while the words "Sri Guru Granth Sahib" become big & bold. Thus gets born, from a very Slow, steady, but sure pregnancy, an "Octopus Shreek" of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee, …..Another Sri Guru Granth Sahib. … And, all this happens with the help of stupid Sikh garbed mid-wives known as (ku)-Sants, (ku)-Babas, (ku)-Maharajs, (ku)-Jathedars & what not!. …. O! What a Sikh Stupidity. …. O! What an Octopus Victory!!!

What is interesting to watch in the above progression, is the transfer of the Octopus Junk’s authorship to Guru Gobind Singh Jee from 0% in the year 279 NS, to 100% in the year 531 NS (2000 CE). This transfer of authorship takes place, despite the fact that in these compositions the Octopus assigns the authorship to its representatives named Ram, Shyam, Kaal, Raj, & Nanua etc. However, the naïve mid-wives under the Octopus spell do not want to accept this truth. Therefore, they prefer to make us believe that those Octopus names in fact are nicknames of none other than the Tenth Master himself.

The Cock & Bull story being that Mata Gujri Jee used to call her son with all these nick names instead of his real name"Gobind", because her father-in-law’s (Guru Hargobind Sahib Jee) name contained the word "Gobind" in it. If that was the case, then why did Mata Jee name her son as "Gobind" to begin with. .. …. O! What an Octopus Spell on the mid-wives !!! Regarding the testimony of Bhai Mani Singh Jee’s, the following comments of Dr. Harnam Singh Shan, a member of the Committee set up by the World Sikh Council to discuss the issue of the so-called Dasam Granth are of a particular importance.

He said, " When this (so-called Dasam) Granth came into being during the time of Bhai Mani Singh, there were serious differences of opinion among Sikhs regarding its compositions. There were some compositions about which Bhai Mani Singh had personal knowledge that they were the Tenth Guru’s compositions. On them he wrote in his own hand the following words: "Shri Mukhwak Patshahi Daswin" We should fully accept Bhai Mani Singh’s testimony. If anybody has some solid proof regarding other compositions, it should be examined, otherwise Bhai Mani Singh’s testimony should be taken to be final" Regarding the words written by Bhai Mani Singh Jee, however Dr. Shan says, "In the "Dasam Granth" published by present-day publishers, the words "Shri Mukh Patshahi Daswin" will be found written on every composition.

Therefore, we shall have to depend on old manuscripts and documented granths only, to find out the truth" According to Dr. Shan the number of banis which carry the above words are only four or five, and about which there is not much of a difference between the scholars. These include "Jaap Sahib" and "Akal Ustat" which stand the test of Gurbani also. A SUGGESTION: In order to undo the Two & Half century long Octopus deceptions, it is suggested that, on this issue, Khalsa Panth should immediately turn the clock back to the year 279 NS, while continuing its struggle with the representatives (in Sikh garb) of the Octopus.

To turn the clock back, the Khalsa Panth should (a) issue an immediate Hukamnama directing everyone to correctly rename (in bold ink) their copies of this compilation as "Bachittar-Natak-Granth" (its original name), (b) issue a global ban on its Parkash. Only such an action may loosen a bit ……..the grip of the Brahamnical Octopus. Veer Jee, please allow me to shift the elaboration of the episode of the "Dushat Daman" to a later date. Well said Kirpal Singh, it has taken a long time to bring to light the adulteration by the Octopus of one of our Divine teachings. Alas, I don't believe that those who hold the reins to Sikhi, be it gianis, jathedars,SGPC or whichever ventriloquist dummy is the Akal Takht jathedar, will ever bring this subject to the forefront. I daresay anyone in India doing so will be assasinated by a Nihang hit squad.

Qurban Singh cites the Nihangs as valiant Bir Ras, my experience of the Buddha Dal and associated cronies is that Rehrass sahib is the time to get the mortar out and grind the bhang whilst waiting for the next excuse to behead another goat! Who gave them the right to draw a goats' blood? By which bani of SGGS does it allow them to do so.

It's only our weakness in India to stand up and question them as to why. Having said this only Baba Nihal Singh of Harian-Welan has the true spirit of 'Nihang' and is a vegetarian Nihang dal and is despised by all the other dals. I'm glad that you mentioned the places where the installation of Dasam(Guru) Granth has taken place,I for one will not part with my hard earned foreign currency to aid these dera-s and have decided to postpone my visits to Patna Sahib and Huzoor Sahib and now Hemkunt.

Keep up with the replies to these old boys who are stuck in the old ways and have never sat down to read or study what they then espouse without the slightest thought save that the older generation told them so! My reading led me to believe that originally the remaining pothis available to Bhai Sahib Mani Singh were to be compiled as Bacchitar-Natak Granth but your email suggests that even this bani is hindu adulteration ? surely if Dusht Daman as he was then would have been in deep meditation and be born of the parents he names? or have i read this bit wrong? please enlighten me.

Regards
Ranjit-Singh 'shastarwallah' UK
